1. Turn off, then turn on the server.
2. Replace system board (see note 3 on page 2-1).

CMOS corrupted or
tampering evident,
CMOS initialized.

Check your machine for evidence of tampering.

If NO tampering:

1. Replace battery, restore NVRAM data (passwords,

startup data).

2. Replace system board (see note 3 on page 2-1).

20E00009

Invalid password
entered - system
locked.

The password has been entered incorrectly 3 times.

Turn off, then turn on the server, then enter the
password correctly.

20E0000A

EEPROM lock
problem.

If for privileged-access password install, is jumper in
correct position?

Consult the server User's Guide for pin location and
jumper position.

1. Turn off, then turn on the server.
2. Replace system board (see note 3 on page 2-1).

EEPROM write
problem.

1. Turn off, then turn on the server.
2. Replace system board (see note 3 on page 2-1).

This warning occurs when the selected SMS function
cannot locate any devices/adapters supported by the
function. If a supported device is installed:

2. Replace system board (see note 3 on page 2-1).
