24 PAPER JAM: Offset Paper Output Bin
1. Open the back cover of the offset paper output bin.
2. Remove the jammed piece of paper by pulling the paper out from the printer at an
upward angle.
3. Close the back cover of the offset tray.
4. You may need to open and close the front cover of the printer to clear the error
message from the operator panel display.
5. When paper gets jammed in one area of the paper path, it often gets jammed in
other areas. If, after you finish this procedure, another PAPER JAM message
occurs, please review all of the procedures in this chapter.
