5. Remove the duplex unit (if installed). Press in on the two green lock buttons
located on both ends of the duplex unit and slide the unit out of the printer.
6. Remove the two slotted thumbscrews that are located at both ends of the fuser.
You may need to use a coin or a screwdriver to loosen the screws.
