Disabling Mailbox Bin Passwords
1. Make sure the printer is offline. (If the printer is online, press the Online key to
take it offline. OFFLINE appears in the display area.)
2. Press the Menu key until you see Mailbox Menu.
3. Press the Item key until you see the bin (BIN1 - BIN10) that needs its password
disabled. In this example, we select BIN1. If your display says PW DISABLE
instead of PW ENABLE, then password protection is already disabled.
4. Press the Value key until you see BIN1=PW DISABLE.
5. Press the Continue/Enter key. A prompt asks you for the password.
