7. Carefully pull out on the jammed paper to remove it from the area behind the
duplex unit.
8. If paper is jammed in the fuser, do the following:
a. Loosen the thumbscrew at the left side of the fuser cover. You may need to
use a coin or a screwdriver to loosen the screws.
