4. Remove all the paper in the paper path. Make sure the printer is free of paper.
For example, locate and pull out pieces of paper that have only partially fed into
the printer from the paper tray.
5. Push the paper tray back into the printer.
If the printer is equipped with two or three trays, repeat steps 2 on page 60
through 4 for each tray.
6. On the back of the printer, press the release lever and open the back cover of the
printer.
