9. Place the duplex unit into the guide channels that are located on both sides of the
back opening and slide the unit into the printer. Keep pushing until the duplex unit
locks into place.
10. Close the back cover.
11. Connect the power cord to the back of the printer.
12. Connect the other end of the power cord to a grounded AC outlet.
13. Switch the printer power on.
14. When paper gets jammed in one area of the paper path, it often gets jammed in
other areas. If, after you finish this procedure, another PAPER JAM message
occurs, please review all of the procedures in this chapter.
