22 PAPER JAM: Duplex Unit Area
Important
Using incorrect paper sizes can cause paper jams in the duplex unit area. If you
experience frequent jams in this area, please make sure you are using supported
paper. Acceptable paper sizes and weights for use with the duplex unit are as
follows:
Paper Size
A4, Letter, 13-in. Legal (Folio), 14-in. Legal
Paper Weight
16 lb to 28 lb (60 grams/meter

to 105 grams/meter

1. Switch the printer power off.
2. Unplug the printer from the wall outlet.
3. Remove the power cord from the back of the printer.
4. On the back of the printer, press the release lever and open the back cover of the
printer.
