16. Use the Mailbox Menu to enable the bins and manage the output. See “Using the
Mailbox” on page 44.
17. Make sure you update your printer driver to indicate the mailbox is installed.
Removing the Mailbox
Use the following procedure to remove the mailbox:
1. Switch the printer power off.
2. Switch the mailbox power off.
3. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
4. Remove both power cords from the back of the mailbox.
5. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. Keep this power cord with the
mailbox.
6. Facing the back of the printer, pull up on the mailbox with one hand while you
press the release buttons with the other hand.
7. Firmly hold the mailbox, and lift it off the printer. Place the mailbox on a flat stable
surface.
