Coolant System
The coolant pump and reservoir are located in the
base under the cover on the right hand side of the
base (see
Figure 83).
To perform regular maintenance on the cool-
ant system:
1. Remove the access cover.
2. Empty the old coolant and remove large
chips from 1st and 2nd stage separators.
Clean out any remaining debris.
3. Fill the reservoir with approximately three
gallons of coolant solution. Closely follow the
coolant manufacturer's instructions for mix-
ing.

4. Open the valve on the coolant nozzle.
5. Turn the coolant pump ON to prime the cool-
ant system and to see if the coolant is cycling
properly.
6. Replace the access cover.
