Peaking Offset Shift
Adjusts the threshold for
Color
Peaking to become active, relative to the
peaking level. Note: A negative offset shift, in particular with high ASA
ratings, can increase the peaking results.

Activation of Peaking with User Buttons
1. Assign a user button with
EVF/Mon. Peaking
to be used for activation of Peaking on EVF and Monitor.
2. Assign a user button with
SDI Peaking
to be used for activation of Peaking on the SDI outputs.
3. Press the user button to toggle Peaking on/off

Activation of Peaking in Camera Menu
1. Select
MENU > Monitoring > EVF / Mon. > Peaking
to activate the exposure tool on EVF and Monitor.
2. Select
MENU > Monitoring > SDI > SDI Processing > Peaking
to activate the exposure tool on the SDI outputs.
18.7.2 Zoom
The camera supports to zoom into the image e.g. to better judge focus. The camera offers five zoom
positions: center, top left, top center, top right, bottom right, bottom left. While Zoom is activated, the
zoom position can be changed by using the
JOGWHEEL
or the soft buttons on the MVF-2, if the
monitor is flipped out and set to display the live image. Active Zoom is indicated by an orange frame
around the image. Frame lines are deactivated while Zoom is active.
Note: Anamorphic Desqueeze is temporarily disabled while Zoom is active.
Zoom on EVF/Monitor
The MVF-2 has a dedicated
ZOOM
button (1).
1. Press the
ZOOM
button to activate/deactivate
Zoom on EVF and Monitor.
2. To change the Zoom position, rotate either the
JOGWHEEL
or the
USER WHEEL
.
Note: Changing the zoom position using the
JOG-
WHEEL
or
USER WHEEL
is not supported when
the monitor is set to display the HOME screen or
the camera menu.

Zoom on SDI
Zoom on the SDI outputs can only be activated through a user button. The camera offers three SDI
Zoom related user button functions:
1. Assign a user button with
SDI Zoom
.
The
SDI Zoom
user button activates/deactivates Zoom on the SDI outputs.
2. Assign a user button with
SDI Zoom Position
.
The
SDI Zoom Position
user button changes the Zoom position while SDI Zoom is activated.
