Outlook, where you can send an e-mail to the contact.
Using MaxCommunicator with Polycom Phones
MaxCommunicator 7.5 offers improved integration with Polycom
phones; refer to the MAXCS 7.5 Polycom user guides for full
details.
You can perform many actions via your Polycom phone or via
MaxCommunicator (or another client). Note that whichever device
you initially use, you must continue using that device until all calls
drop or only one call is connected.
For example, if you put a call on hold via MaxCommunicator, to
resume the call use MaxCommunicator. Likewise, if you answer
multiple calls via your phone, to release calls (or perform other
actions), use your phone.
You will see a notation on your MaxCommunicator screen
reminding you if you forget this general rule.
Device Auto-Answer
If your extension has a Polycom Advanced Features license, you
can configure MaxCommunicator to answer or place calls via your
phone. (VVX models only)
