Select the
Documents tab. Ensure that "Enable Default Document" is selected, and click Add... to
add a new document, as illustrated below in Figure 3-60.

Add a new document called
index.htm, as illustrated below in Figure Figure 3-61.

You will be adding a document called "index.htm". If this document exists in the list, use the arrow buttons to move it to
the top of the list.
