Windows NT Install Procedure for Innotech Software
All steps detailed in this whitepaper will need to be completed before the installation of Innotech
Software. For Innotech Software to work correctly on Windows NT, software updates will need to be
applied.
Windows NT Service Pack 6
The service pack number is shown during the start-up of Windows and should look like this –
Innotech Software has only been tested on Service Pack 6 and we cannot guarantee compatibility with
earlier service packs.
If you do not have Service pack 6, it can be downloaded from Microsoft’s website via
http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/nts/downloads/recommended/SP6/allSP6.asp
Internet Explorer 6
You can view the Internet Explorer version number by starting Internet Explorer then selecting
Help
from the task bar, from there selecting About Internet Explorer will show the version number.
Innotech Software has only been tested with Internet Explorer 6 with Service Pack 1 and we cannot
guarantee compatibility with earlier versions.
