Select

index.htm in the Default Document list. If it does not exist, click the Add... button to add

the document index.htm. Use the

Move Up button to move index.htm to the top of the Default

Document list, as illustrated below in Figure 3-41.

If an information window appears, read the dialogue and click

Yes to accept, as illustrated below in

Figure 3-42. The default settings for Default Document are suitable for eServer implementation.

There may be both a Index.html and Index.htm files in this list. Ensure to use the file Index.htm.
