Setting the Printing Protocol
Follow the steps below to select the port for the printer. The
printing speed will differ by the selection you make below.
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
2. Right-click the target printer and select Properties.
3. Windows 98/95: Select the Details tab and click the Port
Settings button. The EPSON LPR Port dialog box appears.
Windows 2000/NT 4.0:
Select the Ports tab and click the
Configure Port button. The EPSON LPR Port dialog box
appears.
