Accessories 5 Accessories
Accessories Only use original accessories. These are designed espe-
cially for your appliance.
Note: Accessories may become deformed if they get hot.
Deformation has no effect on function. As the accessory
cools down, it will regain its original shape.
The accessories supplied may differ depending on the ap-
pliance model.
Accessories Use
Wire rack ¡ These racks can be used for most
cooking.
¡ You can use multiple racks at the
same time.
Note: Do not clean using the Self
Clean function.
Telescopic rack Use with heavier dishes to make place-
ment into the oven easier.

Meat probe and plug The meat probe can be used to deter-
mine the internal temperature of many
foods, especially meats and poultry.

Broiler pan and grid Use for broiling and roasting.

5.2 Safe use of oven racks
For your safety, follow these recommendations on how to
use the oven racks correctly.
CAUTION
The oven racks and the oven cavity surfaces become very
hot during cooking.

Place oven racks in the desired positions before turning
oven on.
▶
Always use oven mitts when the oven is warm.
▶ If a rack must be moved while the oven is hot, do not let
oven mitts contact hot heating elements.
▶
Use caution when removing oven racks from the lowest
rack position to avoid contact with the hot oven door.
CAUTION
To avoid possible injury or damage to the appliance, en-
sure oven rack is installed exactly per installation instruc-
tions and not backwards or upside down.
Do not slide any accessories between the rack positions,
or they may tip.
5.3 Inserting the wire rack
