• During self-timer shooting, [Shake Reduction] of the A 7
menu is automatically turned off. If you do not want to turn off
the [Shake Reduction] function, make settings in [Auto Shake
Reduction Off] of the
A 7 menu.

If Light Enters through the Viewfinder
When [Self-timer] or [Remote
Control] is used, exposure may be
affected by the light entering
through the viewfinder. In such a
case, use the AE Lock function or
attach the optional ME viewfinder
cap. Remove the eyecup before
attaching the ME viewfinder cap.

Performs shooting with the remote control unit.
