Projector Connections
See these sections to connect the projector to a variety of projection sources.
Caution:
If you will use the projector at altitudes above 4921 feet (1500 m), turn on
High Altitude Mode
to ensure the projector's internal temperature is regulated properly.
Caution:
Check the shape and orientation of the connectors on any cable you plan to connect. Do not
force a connector into a port if it does not fit. The device or your projector could be damaged or could
malfunction.
Caution:
Depending on the connected device and the shape of the cable, you may not be able to attach
the projector's side cover. Do not force the cover into place or the device or the projector could be
damaged or could malfunction.

Connecting to an HDMI Video Source
If your video source has an HDMI port, you can connect it to the projector using an optional HDMI cable.
The HDMI connection provides the best image quality.
Caution:
Do not turn on the video source before connecting it to the projector. Doing so could damage
the projector.
