ii. Insert your reset tool into the reset button hole on the back of the
NAS-7400.Press and hold the reset button for eight seconds, until
the System Status LED flashes three times.
iii. The Administrator’s password is now reset to admin.

8.13 Resolving a Windows Firewall Issue
If you a running a personal firewall on your Windows PC, the firewall might
prevent the you from accessing the NAS-7400 over your network.
Follow this procedure to add an exception for the NAS-7400:
i. From the Windows “Start menu >Settings > Network
Connections”. The Network Connections window opens.
Right-click on Local Area Connection and choose Properties from
the popup menu.
