To reboot the NAS-7400:
i. In the Tree, click on the + beside the System icon.
ii. Click on the Reboot / Shutdown icon.
iii. Click on the Reboot option.
iv. Click the OK button.
v. In the confirmation box, click the OK button.
The reboot runs automatically. When the NAS-7400 is fully booted:
•
The System Status LED turns green (right)
•
The buzzer beeps one time (if the buzzer is enabled)
6.8.5 Shutting Down the NAS-7400
The only time you need to shut down the NSA-7400 is to replace the disk
drive cooling fan or the power supply. See “Appendix B: Maintenance”
During and after the shutdown, none of your folders will be accessible
from your network PCs.
