Queuing and scheduling: There are the internal priority and the drop precedence for the egress packets, the

queuing operation assigns the packets to different priority queues according to the internal priority, while the

scheduling operation perform the packet forwarding according to the priority queue weight and the drop

precedence. The following flowchart describes the operations during queuing and scheduling.
