Select {Recording} {Rate} for the channel using the arrow keys and the Select button.
On the selection window, select the frame rate.
In adjusting the frame rate, setting the frame rate to be higher than the maximum frame rate
causes a menu to be displayed as shown in Figure 5-3.
The yellow-colored channel is currently being set as shown in Figure 5-3. Any unused
channel will be deleted first.

To set all channels at the same time, go to the top of the column and
press the Select button.
