All of the orientations (portrait, landscape, reverse portrait,
and reverse landscape) are available for all the fonts.
The spacing for all fonts is proportional.
Style: U=upright, I=italic, CU=condensed upright,
CI=condensed italic
In GL/2 emulation, some font enhancements such as
rotation, italic, mirror image, and outline are available.
Also, two more fonts (the stick fixed and proportional
fonts) are available only in GL/2 emulation.

The font samples below show only portrait orientation; the
characters are the same in landscape orientation.
