Using Print Preview on the Macintosh
You can get a preview of how your document will print with the Print
Preview feature in your Macintosh printer software. Print Preview
shows the results of the following printer software settings on your
document:
◗ Print layout settings such as Fit to Page, Page Order,
Watermark, Reverse Order, and Collate
◗ Page Setup options, such as Paper Size, Orientation, Rotate

1 Open an application and select a document to print.
2 Open the File menu and click Print. You see the printer
settings dialog box.
Click the Print Preview icon
The Print button
changes to the
Preview button
