Table 6 give the various output video standards and the frame references
that are compatible with each type.
Note The 3:2 pulldown cadence of 29.97Hz output video may be synchronized to
a SMPTE 318M-B reference (NTSC with 10-field marker) as long as every 4th
frame of the 23.98Hz input video is synchronous to the start of the 10-field
sequence in this reference.
The 2:3 inverse pulldown cadence of 23.98Hz output video may be synchro-
nized by the 8995UDX module to a SMPTE 318M-B reference.
