3. Select Edit Device from the device menu. Select the Recording Schedule tab.
Instant Recording: Select a Preset to use for
instant recording. Refer to 13.2 Managing
Devices, Editing Device Information (p. 112)
for details about setting up the Preset.
4. Run the Client program. Select a camera screen (on the Live screen) on which
video to record is displayed and click the (Instant Recording) button on the
control toolbar. The Instant Recording OSD ( ) is displayed at the top right
corner of the camera screen, and the system starts recording with the Preset
selected in the Recording Schedule tab above. Clicking the (Instant
Recording) button again stops recording. Recording might be delayed because
of system congestion, and the recording OSD might be displayed later or for
longer than the scheduled time.
