Monitoring Service
 Service Port: Set up the port number for connection to
the service.
 Callback Port: Set up the port number to receive a
callback message from the device. The port number you
enter should match the port number set on the device for
remote callback.
 External IP Address: Set up the external IP address and
port number for connection to the selected service from
an external network.
 Authentication: Selecting Authentication allows you to increase the number of available recording, or
streaming channels (supported only for an administration service). Select the authentication method.
− WIBUKeys: Select to increase the number by connecting more
WIBU-Keys to the administration server. A maximum of four
WIBU-Keys can be connected to one administration server.
 WIBUKeys: Displays the unique code and the number of
channels for the WIBU-Keys currently connected to the
administration server.

WIBUKey and License: Select to increase the number by
inserting the license file. In this case, only one WIBU-Key
should be connected to the administration server. Ask your
dealer or distributor about purchasing the license.
 iNEX Code: Displays the unique code of the WIBU-Key
currently connected to the administration server.
 License: Click the Insert License button and set up the
file path of the purchased license file. The software compares
the iNEX code and the license file. If the iNEX code does
not match to the license file, authentication fails and the
iNEX program will not operate properly.
 Log: Selecting Show Log allows you to check and search the system log.
Setting up the time range of the log and clicking
the Search button displays the log information.
Selecting First displays from the oldest log entries
regardless of date. Selecting Last displays to the
newest log entries regardless of date.
Status Display

Service: Displays the list of services supported by the current server.
− Administration Service: Manages information of services, devices, users and schedules for operating
the iNEX program. When the administration service is not working, the iNEX program does not work.
