Link Aggregation
Link aggregation uses LACP (Link Aggregation Control Protocol)
to combine a number of ports together to make a single high-
bandwidth data pipeline. The participating parts are called
members of a link aggregation group, with one port designated as
the master port
of the group. Since all members of the link
aggregation group must be configured to operate in the same
manner, the configuration of the master port is applied to all
members of the link aggregation group. Link Aggregation is a
Subfolder of the Ports Folder
System Priority
System Priority specifies the switch’s link aggregation priority
relative to other switches at the other ends of the links on which
link aggregation is enabled. To configure System Priority settings,
click the Ports Folder, and then the Port Security Subfolder and
then the System Priority Page.
