Management
• Enable SNMP Agent Checkbox – Selecting this checkbox will enable the SNMP
agent to send and receive requests from an SNMP Manager. Consult your System
Administrator for more information on this feature.
• SNMP Settings Button – Select SNMP Settings to configure the following SNMP
features:
• Trap Servers – Enter up to four (4) Trap Server Addresses
• Location – Enter the physical location of the eTerm
• Contact – Enter the contact information
• Community Get – Enter the Community Get rights for the eTerm
• Community Set – Enter the Community Set rights for the eTerm
• Enable eManager Client checkbox – Select this checkbox to allow the eTerm to
be managed by the Visara eManager Remote Management software package.
Utility
Ping – Enter an IP address in the designated field and click the Ping button to verity
that the eTerm is communicating on the network.
