Configure Email
Selecting Configure Email from the Auto Scheduler window will display the following window.

This Configure Email window is used to set email addresses and content for the Remote schedule launch of the
previous Auto Schedule.
The address fields allow free flow input or addresses can be dropped in using the drop down. Email addresses
available in the drop downs are context related. That is they contain addresses for Personnel assigned to the
selected Client, Site or Location (see the Personnel Section in the PATGuard Elite SQL User Manual). The Reply
To email address is the address that the recipient will send to when using the Auto Reply feature of the received
email.
The Reply Link Text enables the user to customise the text that the recipient of the email will click on to reply.
The Subject field is the standard email subject field and can be customised by the user.
The Introductory Text field is a text pre-amble to the report and can be customised by the user.
The three check boxes; Include quote for re-test, Include all assets at this level and Exclude asset details give
the user more choice over the email report format. When a quote is to be included Rate per asset and Tax values
need to be entered.
Once the email has been configured, select OK to save the configuration for the selected Auto Schedule.
