A blank data entry form will be displayed to allow a new site to be added to the currently open database, the Site
Name is required for all new Sites and must be unique within the database all other fields such as Address etc are
optional and may be updated at any time. If the Site has been added to a Client it can be assumed the Site address is
as the Client address, if this is not the case by ticking Site not at client address a site address may be added.
Adding Locations
Locations can only be added from a Site only. To add a Location, either double click the Add Location icon or
highlight the Site on the tree view and select Add Location from the context menu (right mouse button).
Note
The Location will be created below the currently highlighted Site on the tree view.

Adding Assets
Assets can be added to either a Location or a Site only. To add an Asset record, either double click the Add Asset
icon or highlight the Location or Site on the tree view and select Add Asset from the context menu (right mouse
button). To duplicate an Asset use the Clone command from the Asset context menu.
Note
The Asset will be created below the currently highlighted item on the tree view.
