Before the program can communicate with a Test Instrument, the Test Instrument must be registered with the
program (see Test Instruments).
Downloading Test Results
Download is initiated from the Tools drop down or from the Download icon. Selecting either of these will cause
the Download dialog box to be displayed.

The Download dialog box will have two addition fields available for testers that have ASCII text output only.
These fields are required to process the download data from these testers.
