Download Preview is used to review and edit the downloaded data prior to saving in the database.
On the Download Preview window each complete set of Test Results is displayed in a single row of data. The
Asset ID, Site and Location fields can be edited by selecting the relevant field then typing the appropriate text.
The Comments field may contain comments or text that was added at the end of the test by the PAT test operator.
These can be edited from the comments dialog, which is opened by clicking on the relevant comment field in the
table.
The Delete button allows you to delete a single Test Result. Simply highlight any field in the required row and
select Delete. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
The Replace… button allows group changes of all occurrences of particular Sites or Locations within the data in
the Download Preview window.
