Test Instruments
At the bottom of the main screen are three tabs: Personnel, Test Instruments and Reports. Select the Test
Instrument tab. Double clicking on the Add Test Instrument icon will cause the Test Instrument dialog box to
open.

Open a new dialog box and select a Test Instrument from the Instrument Type drop down. The tester’s Serial
Number is required to register the tester with the program. Repeat the above for each Test Instrument to be
registered with the program.
It is possible to enter a Test Instrument directly into the field rather than select from the drop down. This is so that
the program’s re-calibration alerts can be used for any Test Instrument. Any user entered Test Instruments will not
be available for Download or Upload. Only Test Instruments from the drop down can interact with the program.
Note
Downloads from some types of testers will register themselves automatically if they are not already registered.
All Icons have a right mouse button action. For Test Instruments the following actions can be initiated from the
right mouse button:
