Installing the PurePrecision
Tape Scale along the length
of the mounting surface.
With one hand remove the adhesive liner
progressively as the other hand slides evenly
along the length to press the scale against the
reference edge and onto the mounting surface.
TIP
Maintain a gap of approximately
25- 35 mm (1-1½ inch) between
the two hands as you progress
along the length.
NOTE:
Make sure that as the tape is slowly being
installed, the tape scale is tight against the
reference edge.
Once tape scale has been installed discard
the adhesive liner.
