Slide a knuckle across the screen horizontally.
In dual windows view, the screen is divided into two windows. One app can be opened
in each window (for example, open Video in one window and Notepad in the other).
Drag the edge of a window to resize, or touch to open the dual windows menu:

Touch to swap the two windows.
•
Touch to switch to the app selection screen.
