Step Two: Set Up the Response Devices
If you are using a response device licensed for TurningPoint 2003 or 2006, you must upgrade the license
code for the receiver. Contact your Account Executive to receive a new license code for TurningPoint
version 4.0 and higher.

If required, Upgrade your Response Device. Otherwise, go step 3.
If you have not already upgraded your response device receiver, you must complete this step.

From the TurningPoint Toolbar, select Tools > Upgrade TurningPoint Receiver. Follow the on screen
instructions.
