The audience responds to interactive presentations with a response device. The response devices can be
licensed from Turning Technologies for use with TurningPoint. These response devices include:
Response Device Description
Turning Technologies’ ResponseCard IR—a compact response device that
uses infrared technology to send audience responses.
Turning Technologies’ ResponseCard XL—a compact response device that
uses infrared technology to send audience responses. It also allows for self-
paced testing, which lets students enter responses to many different
questions on the card’s LCD then transmit all the answers at once.
Turning Technologies’ ResponseCard RF—a compact response device that
uses radio frequency technology to send audience responses.
Turning Technologies’ ResponseCard XR —a compact response device that
uses radio frequency technology to send audience responses. It also allows for
self-paced testing, which lets students enter responses to many different
questions on the card’s multi-line LCD, then transmit all the answers at once.
