4x Group Select: Bits 13, 14, 15, 16
These four bits are used to select a desired group of channels when the
Auto Sequence mode is not used. The group selection is used when
autosequence is disabled to allow ladder to control which group of the
module’s input data, status data, and time stamp data is being read from
the module. The channel Status Mode disables the normal data input
mode and reports the status on the selected group of eight channels.
The channel status bits echo back the selected input range data format
and error status. See description under “Status Mode operation.”
