Setting the Alarm Limits: Registers 4-19

The default for the timestamp trigger is scroll (trigger on all events to save most

recent). The Concept Configuration Flag must be set to a “1” when using

Concept software. Registers 4-19 are used to set alarm limits. Each alarm is

defined with a high and low setpoint. Each limit applies to four channels.

☞ Note: The Concept time stamp alarm values apply to groups of four input channels. Modsoft

zoom screens allow for alarm values to be set for groups of two input channels.

The data format for the alarm must match the format for that channel’s group

as assigned in the first zoom screen. For example, if group 1 configured as a

-10V to +10V range and DVM format, a low of -5000 and a high of 5000 will

trigger alarms at voltages less than or equal to -5V and voltages above +5V

respectively.
