Reading Results
Call History
The Call History tab allows you to
view the detailed call flow of the
detected voice protocol. SIP (Session
Initiation Protocol) is a signalling
protocol used for establishing sessions
in an IP network.
The Clear History button clears all
information displayed.
Packets Analysis
The Pcks Analysis tab allows you to view the PASS/FAIL status of the
percentage of packets of varying inter-arrival rates that are within
10 milliseconds of each other.
The available test results are the
following:

Codec is the VoIP coder/decoder
in use as detected by the unit.

Received Packets display the total
number of received VoIP packets.
³
Lost Packet is the total number of
lost VoIP packets that were never
received during the conversation.
³
Dupl/OOS Packet is the total number of duplicated (Dupl) or out of
sequence (OOS) packets.
³
Invalid Packet(%) represents a QoS reference factor of lost packets
detected during the VoIP conversation.
³
Reset Statistics button sets all monitoring values to 0.
