Multicast Filtering

The information on the window is described as follows:
• MAC Address [00:00:00:00:00:00] – The MAC address of the static source of multicast packets.
• VID [ 1] – The VLAN ID number of the VLAN to which the MAC address belongs.
• Type [Permanent] – Select the filter type, Permanent or DeleteOnReset.
• Port Map – Allows the selection of ports that will be members of the static multicast group, are
forbidden from being members, and ports that have no restrictions from joining dynamically.
