If the printer is not selected, all the data received are destroyed until the printer is
selected by this command.

Even if the printer is not selected, the printer may, according to its operation, enter
the BUSY state.

The download characters with the specified code are erased.
•
n indicates the character code that erases the definition pattern. After erasure,
printing of the same patter as internal characters is done.
•
The specified code definition patters of character fonts selected by ESC ! are erased.
•
If the specified character code is not defined, this command is disregarded.
