Zigzag stitching
Zigzag stitching may be used for finishing, appliqués,
monograms and decorative patterns.
To zigzag, position the stitch pattern dial in the position
"B".
Next, select the width of the zigzag stitching
desired by using the stitch width lever.
RECOMMENDED INITIAL SETTINGS
Needle position: Center, Left or Right
Stitch width: Variable
Stitch length: 2-5 for finishing and neating (overcasting)
0-2 for satin stitching, monogram and
appliqués
Satin stitching
Satin stitching is a closely spaced zigzag stitch, which is
ideal for çmbroidering and appliqués.
Pattern: Zigzag stitch
Stitch width: Variable
Stitch length: 0-1
