Lubricating
the machine
BEFORE LUBRICATING THE /MACHINE, UNPLUG IT
FROM ELECTRIC OUTLET.
Your sewing machine will need to be lubricated
according to the amount of usage and where it is
stored. If you use it only a few times a month,
lubricating the machine once a year is enough. If you
use it frequently, lubricate it at least once a month.
When lubricating, apply only SINGER oil at the points
shown. SINGER oil is specially prepared and does not
contain harmful deposits that can interfere with the
operation of precision parts.
To determine which connections move and need
lubrication, turn the handwheel slowly by hand, while
face place is removed.
