Once you hove selected the first muscle group that you wont to exercise, refer to the lower part of the computer. One or
more indicofors will be lighted, showing you which exercise(s) to do to develop the selected muscle group. One of the
indicators will be Boshing to show you which exercise to do Rrst. If you wont to skip the first exercise, press the ric'-'
arrow on the NEXT button until the indicofor is flashing on the exc rcise fhot you want to do first. The number of the
exercise will be shown in the CALORIES/EXERCISE NO. disploy.
The WEIGHT display will show the recommended weight setting for the first exercise, if desired, the weight setting con
be changed. This can be done in the some manner os when the computer is in the monuo! mode. The SETS
and
REPS
displays will show the recomme- ded numbers of sets and repetitions for flie first exercise. If desired, the number of sets
or repeh'Hons con be changed. This con be done In the some manner os when the computer Is in the monuol mode.

the exercise.) As you exerdse, the computer will prowde the some feedbocic os when it Is in the manual mode. When all
repetitions and sets hove been completed for the first exercise, press the right arrow on the NEXT button to select the
next exercise thot you wont to do. Do os mony of the indicated exercises os desired.
When you hove completed the desired exercises for the first muscle group that you selected, press on the next muscle

button to turn on the power.

your first workout. To do this, the exercise insert
and the exerdse decal sheet ore needed.
toy the exercise insert down so the spoces num
bered 1 through 20 ore on top. Next, refer to
pages 17 through 24 of this owner's monuol ond
select oboul 6 to 10 exercises thol you want to
include in your workout. For each exercise that
you select, opply a deco! to one of the first

10 spaces on the insert, if there ts o printed
decal for the exercise, apply the printed decal. If
there is not a printed deed, apply o blank decal
ond write the name of the exercise on the deed.
{Note; Whenever the BENCH PRESS exercise is
included in
a
workout, the decal for the exercise
must be opplied to the spoce numbered 1 , 1 1 ,
2 1 or 3 1 on the insert. If the BENCH PRESS exer
dse is not included, those spaces must be left
empty.) Next, label oil of the deeds on the insert
with a designotion such os “DAY 1A sample
