Dolby Pro Logic Surround adjustment
When video (LD) software carrying nniDt*BY8URii«iB]D| mark is
played, this mode provides the Dolby Surround effect, similar
to movie theaters.

Each press changes the center modes as follows.

: When the center speaker is compact-sized.

: When the center speaker is medium-or large-sized.

: When the center spea ker is not used.
• If you cannot tell whether your center speaker is of the compact
or
medium size, try both modes and use the one that you like.
• Once the center mode is selected, it is automatically held in memory and
will not change until it is set again.

•When one of the
DELAY TIME
keys is pressed, the delay time is displayed
and it can be varied in 5 steps.
•The delay time can be adjusted in the range from 15 to 30 ms.
• Set to the closest value to the result of delay time calculation.
• Once the delay time has been set, it is stored automatically in memory and
will not change until it is set again.

Adjust the volume balance.
• Noise-like test tone moves across the speakers every 1.5 second.

• Be sure to adjust from the listening position.
•When one of the CENTER LEVEL keys is pressed, the current volume
level is displayed. While the level is displayed, it can be adjusted in 1 dB
steps every time one of the keys is pressed.
•The volume level can be adjusted in the range from -10 to +10 dB.
• The center level is stored in memory as the common setting with the
DOLBY 3 STEREO mode.
