*13 This command reads the execution result of the "tolerance tuning request", "two-
point tuning HIGH side 2nd point confirmation operation request", or "two-point
tuning LOW side 2nd point confirmation operation request" motion command
whichever was last issued.
*14 If calibration is executed when the measurement mode is "pin interval judgment
mode or pin diameter judgment mode", the result will be "terminated with abnormal
span/offset value (4)".
*15 When reading data from a main unit in which the calculation function is set to 2-head
mode, the read range changes to "-999.99 to +999.99". Switching the calculation
function to 2-head mode from any other mode causes these setting values to vary
tenfold.
*16 If the sensor amplifier is key locked, this parameter cannot be written. An attempt to
write it results in an error.
*17 These parameters are OFF only if "timing input OFF (0)" is written and the wiring is
configured to turn off external input.
*18 When reading data from a main unit in which the calculation function is set to 2-head
mode, the read range changes to "000.00 to 099.99".
*19 Value "-100" corresponds to "bottom," and value "+100" corresponds to "top."
*20 If the measurement mode is set to "pin interval judgment mode" or "pin diameter
judgment mode", values "hsp (0)" and "512 (10)" to "4096 (13)" cannot be written.
Writing "hsp (0)" results in writing of "1 (1)"; and writing a value between "512 (10)"
and "4096 (13)" results in writing of "256 (9)".
Do not write to expansion unit 1 if it is enabled to use the calculation function. The
"averaging" number in expansion unit 1 changes automatically when the "averaging"
number is changed in the main unit which is enabled to use the calculation function.
*21 To reflect a written setting on the sensor amplifier, it is necessary to write "user
setting (1)" in the "external input" parameter, or to set the external input to "user
setting" via button operation on the sensor amplifier.
*22 Writing is allowed only on a main unit. Writing to an extension unit results in a
communication error.
*23 Reading takes the pin interval if the measurement mode is pin interval judgment
mode, or it takes the pin diameter if the measurement mode is pin diameter
judgment mode.
The pin diameter (interval) 1 represents the first pin diameter (interval) as counted
from the top.
A communication error occurs if an attempt is made to read this data when the
measurement mode is not pin interval judgment mode or pin diameter judgment
mode.
*24 The read character string is stored in ASCII code into the remote register.
For "IG-1": RWr03 = 312Dh, RWr02 = 4749h
