Owners Manual.
 Charger Manual.
 Attachment Manual (If Applicable).
Battery & Connections:

All 4 batteries installed.
 Date installed marked on all 4 batteries.
 Battery charger included.
Tires & Wheels:

Check and adjust pressure in tires.
Rear (8-10 p.s.i.). Front casters (20-25 p.s.i.).
Rear tires may require measurement of circumfer-
ence to obtain even tracking.
 Torque wheel bolts to 50-70 ft. lbs.
Check Lights & Indicators:

Check the headlight.
 Check the Vehicle Control Module.
PTO / Deck Set Up:

Level deck side to side.
 Adjust deck front to rear (1/8” to 1/4” lower in front).
 This units contains four (4) safety inputs. Refer
to the Operator’s Manual, Safety Interlock Switches
for proper operation & operation combinations.
The switches are as follows: Blade start/stop knob,
brake switch, seat switch and a throttle position
switch.
Brake Function:

Verify proper parking brake performance. Refer to
Service Manual to adjust brakes.
Pivot Bar:

Standard operation.
 Install steering wheel per the Assembly Instruction
Manual.
 Check steering operation, full left turn, full right turn.

Final Inspection:

Check for missing or loose fasteners & decals.
 Clean / polish. Check overall appearance.
 Place manuals in an appropriate location (Under
Seat) at conclusion.

Place deck wash hose coupler in an appropriate
location.
Seat Installation:

Install seat per the Assembly Instruction Manual.
Grease Pivot Points:

Axle casting - 4 points.
 Front wheels - 2 points.
